Why Simple And Fit? We are a gym located in Gobles, Michigan. We offer a wide variety of classes for all ages and fitness levels. A membership to Simple and Fit gym is not required to take classes. Check out our class list for more information. The gym itself is open 24 hours to members. We have Hydraulic circuit machines for core strengthening, row machines and pull up bars for upper body strength, punching bags, treadmills, ellipticals and more!
