Yoga Synergy honors the art and tradition of yoga while integrating the movement science and philosophy of Physical Synergy. Created in partnership with Physical Synergy, it’s a space for whole-body wellness, supporting students whether they’re rehabbing an injury, building core strength, or staying healthy and injury-free as athletes. Our classes emphasize core-based alignment to both lengthen and strengthen the body, with a focus on breath awareness, mindfulness, and intelligent movement. Each class is led by skilled, passionate instructors who provide thoughtful, hands-on guidance to help you move better and feel stronger!
