Helping Women embrace their movement from within. We are a pole dance fitness and movement studio in Katy, Texas providing our members an enriching fitness experience while learning the skill of pole dance, with a focus on strength building and body intuitiveness. Our goal is to help women develop movement from what's already within them and provide a safe space for self exploration. Classes are led by our amazing instructors who are certified in pole dance, aerial arts, and dance movements. We use a level based approach to ensure your advancement with skills and tricks through our Pole Motion Academy and Freestyle fitness classes to create the full experience.
