We offer fitness classes focused on weight loss and muscle building. Our primary service is a 45min HIIT class, with 18 different workouts every day. We do a new set up every day so you never come in and do the same thing. We combine elements of strength, core, balance, and cardio into our program. We're just off the I-5 in Pacific Beach, at 2710 Garnet Ave, in a small plaza with lots of free parking. Booking is required to participate in the activities.
