Building healthy habits isn’t about doing everything perfectly, it’s about showing up, week after week.
With Check-in Streaks, you can now track your weekly check-in progress directly in the app. Just head to your Profile tab to see your current streak and how many consecutive weeks you’ve checked in. It’s a simple way to stay consistent and build a routine that sticks.

How it works
- Check in once a week: You only need one check-in per week to start your streak.
- Keep your streak going: Each week you check in adds to your consecutive streak, helping you build momentum over time.
- Miss a week? Start fresh: If you don’t check in during a week, your streak resets. But you can always start again!
- Unlock badges: As your streak grows, you’ll hit milestones and earn badges to celebrate your progress. Even if your streak resets, the badges you’ve earned are yours to keep—a record of everything you’ve accomplished.

Share your progress
Want to celebrate your progress?
Just tap on your streak card in the Profile tab toshare it with your friends. You can easily post it on channels like Instagram, text messages, or LinkedIn and keep the momentum going together.
