Whether it’s a popular HIIT session, yoga class, or your favorite weekly workout, missing out on bookings can be frustrating — especially when there’s no way to know if a spot opens later.

That’s exactly why we launched Notify Me: a feature designed to help you stay one step ahead and improve your class booking experience.

What is the Notify Me feature?

Notify Me sends you a push notification when:

• A spot becomes available in a fully booked class
• Bookings open for a class that isn’t available yet
  
   

How it works

Getting notified is simple, just follow your usual booking flow:

1. Find your class
   Open the app and browse your preferred gym, studio, or activity and view class schedule.
2. Tap Notify Me
   If a class is full or bookings haven’t opened yet, hit 'Notify Me'. You’ll see a confirmation message showing notifications are enabled for that class.
3. Get notified and book
   If a spot opens or bookings become available, you’ll receive a push notification. Open the app to secure your booking.

Important: To ensure you have access to the new feature, take a quick moment to update your Wellhub app to the newest version in the App Storeor Google Play Store.

 

Frequently asked questions about Notify Me

Does Notify Me automatically reserve my spot?
No. The notification alerts you when availability changes, but you’ll still need to open the app and complete the booking.

Can I use Notify Me for classes that haven’t opened bookings yet?
Yes. You can activate Notify Me before booking windows open and receive an alert once reservations become available.

Will I receive a notification every time a spot opens?
You’ll only receive a push notification for classes where you enabled Notify Me.
