Introducing the Notification Center

Ever swiped away a notification too quickly and spent the next five minutes wondering what you missed? We’ve all been there, but your wellbeing history shouldn't just vanish into thin air.

That is why we are thrilled to introduce the Notification Center, a permanent, dedicated home inside the Profile tab for all your important updates, milestones, and reminders. Whether you've earned a new badge, a nearby gym was added to your plan, unlocked access to a new app, or received an important subscription update, you'll stay connected to everything your Wellhub benefit has to offer.

How it Works

We built the Notification Center to be incredibly intuitive, ensuring you can navigate your history seamlessly. Here is how to access it:

• Spot the Alert: When a new update arrives, you’ll see a red dot on the Wellhub App icon.
• Open Your Profile: Once inside the app, a red indicator dot will appear on your Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
• Tap the Bell: Head over to your Profile screen. In the top utility bar, you’ll see a brand-new bell icon sporting a red dot if you have unread messages. Tap it!
• Scroll Your Timeline: Tapping the bell opens a scrollable, reverse-chronological timeline of all your notifications from the last 30 days.
