Founded in Montreal, Quebec in 2016, Ballet Hop! is a small local business run with love by a team of dedicated and giggling girls. The Ballet Hop! method was developed by a multidisciplinary team of ballet teachers and kinesiologists. All our workouts include various segments of cardio, strength training, and full-body stretching. Add a good dose of fun, and there you have it! Our goal is for you to feel invigorated and flexible at the end of your class, with a calm mind and a happy heart. Motivated: We're all about finding the right amount of effort. Not too much, not too little. There are days when you have to kick yourself into gear to get to class, and you can be even prouder of your workout! Laughers: The gang and the fun are top priorities for us, because seriously, who has time for a boring workout?
