Yoga Patch has been a staple in the Brookside/Waldo neighborhood of Kansas City for almost 15 years and has been voted best Yoga and Hot Yoga Studio in Kansas City! We have three studio spaces with over 75 class offerings and offer spa services including float tanks, massage chairs, cold plunge, compression therapy, and sauna services. We pride ourselves in our diversity offering classes for everyone including more relaxed classes like RESTORATIVE, SLOW FLOW and CHAIR classes to very challenging classes incuding HOT, AERIAL, HATHA AND VINYASA classes. All are welcome from the beginner to the expert practitioner. You can even check out our retail space and KULA cafe for unique refreshments after class. YOGA is well established as one of the best ways to be healthy both physically and mentally for literally centuries.
