We are a yoga based studio with a modern twist located at the Superdome in Waldwick, New Jersey. Y-Stretch Studio offers a variety of classes where stretching and breathing create flexibility and freedom to retrain your body at your own pace in a noncompetitive environment. Learn yoga and stretching from supportive instructors. Our teachers have a tool box of blended modalities to rebuild bodies from the inside out. We hope to create a community where you can learn to nurture self knowledge and self care in small groups.
