From the moment you clip in to your pedals, you're in for a 45 minute adventure. Each class is lead by motivational instructors. Each song, you ride to the beat, allowing yourself to get lost in the music. Lights are kept low so you can get into your own zone. Each 45 minute class goes through a warm up phase, a hype up phase and then a ride "home". We spice things up with a 3-5 minute upper-body segment to tone and strengthen, using hand weights for that extra burn. We finish class with a 3-5 minute stretch to bring you back to center and ready to face the world. We promise you will reach new levels of health and fitness.
