Each class is in a group setting with our signature round by round boxing training made for all levels from beginner to skilled. Each workout combines the benefits of a boxers training (physical and mental) made for all levels from beginner to expert. Boxing workouts are great for endurance, cardio, relieve stress, and gain confidence. This is a 60 minute boxing fitness class incorporating warm-up drills, shadowboxing, round by round workout, and a cool down. Equipment needed: Gloves (preferably 14oz-16oz) and Hand Wraps
