Our mission is to provide a space for everyone that removes the obstacles of mainstream yoga so that the community immediately feels welcome. Where your practice isn’t a performance but a way to practice your life. There is no need to be skinny, rich, trendy, flexible, and/or female to practice yoga. We work on ourselves because we are all connected and healing the world starts with healing ourselves.
