Started out with only Prenatal Yoga, added postpartum yoga with baby and expanded to offer Birth Doula Services, Birth Preparation & Education, Relaxation, Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Group & Private classes. Today, in our new location, we are happy to offer a variety of Yoga classes that fit every body and every style.
