The Powerlifting Gym is a strength training facility located in Pleasant Grove, Utah, built for serious or new lifters who want an environment that helps them train with focus and intent. We are located in the Northeast building at the Southeast Corner. Our goal is to help you love moving and feel powerful doing it. We specialize in powerlifting, Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, beginner lifting and athletic strength development, with high-end equipment, dedicated platforms, and plenty of space to train without the chaos of a crowded commercial gym.
