Statz Gym was originally a private facility in a shed heated by a wood furnace and cooled with barn fan. At the time, we had roughy 5-6 close friends who lifted there. This was the testing period. During that time, we all had memberships at other neighboring gyms and the problems that weren't getting fixed at the other facilities became very apparent. We noticed that other facilities either didn't maintain their equipment or didn't have pieces of equipment that were optimal for our goals. There was a fitness void in the community that Statz Gym has since filled. But we aren't stopping there. Our objective is to expand the Statz Gym facility in order to give the community a place where everyone can reach their goals.
