Simply Yoga's classes teach physical postures, with an emphasis on linking breath and movement. We do so in a supportive, non-competitive environment. We work hard to offer each student what they need. We offer modifications to help students adapt postures to their needs. We believe that there are many ways to grow in a yoga practice; not all of them are to learn to twist into the proverbial pretzel! No booking is needed to attend the activities.
