At Sharing Yoga we offer over 25 classes every week including Yin Yoga, Power Flow, Abs & Core Workout, Chair Yoga, Beginner Friendly Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Stretch & Restore, Yoga for Strength, All Levels Yoga, Vinyasa, Stretch & Flow, Gentle Flow, Yoga by Donation, and Yoga4Cancer. We are a group of over 20 Yoga instructors creating a community dedicated to supporting each other on and off the mat. By weaving holistic practices into our modern-day lives, we’re able to remain grounded and connected within an ever-changing and ever-moving world. Whether it’s at our Yoga studio in downtown Concord, or in your workplace, or on a retreat, Sharing Yoga has the tools to help you to feel better and be better.
