Located 0.2 mile from Waveland Park, in Sauna Strong we offer a range of sauna sessions, cold therapy, open gym fitness equipment, fitness/breathwork classes, red light therapy and lounge areas. Take your pick between any of our five (5) infrared sauna rooms. Three (3) of our infrared sauna rooms are for community sessions, and two (2) are for private infrared sessions.
