Sacred Space Astoria is a yoga and reiki studio in Astoria, Queens. We offer yoga as a spiritual practice and welcome all ages and stages of wellness. Our yoga classes focus on moving mindfully while offering a range of focus and intensity. Many of our teachers are trauma-informed, and we utilize consent cards for adjustments and/or hands-on reiki (offered in some classes). Our studio is a friendly, welcoming, non-competitive place to practice in community. We are a healing space first and foremost and appreciate your attention to our policies. A limited number of mats are available for rent at $3 per use. ***New clients should arrive 5-10 min prior to the start of class time to sign our waiver and check-in. Late entry is NOT permitted. We will NOT mark you as present due to lateness.
