Mats are available for rental for $3, towels $3, face towel $3. We offer a variety of Yoga practices including: HOT 26- Heated to 105°, this class is our variation of the Traditional 26 sequence. Blocks & straps are encourage for accessibility & alignment. These poses are practiced in the same order each time as they warm and stretch specific muscles, ligaments, and joints. - HATHA + FLOW: This is an all levels yoga class incorporating foundational poses and an intro to sun salutations. Heated to 105 degrees. This grounding practice holds postures longer while continuing to flow providing a challenging yet accessible practice. - SLOW FLOW: A slower paced Vinyasa class (see Vinyasa below). This class flows from pose to pose. - VINYASA 1: A Vinyasa flow style featuring sun salutations and sequencing designed to focus on different goals, always challenging and restorative, leaving you feeling strong and refreshed. The room is heated to 100 degrees for this practice. 1 year of practice recommended. - YIN YOGA: A slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga. Postures are more passive, mainly done on the floor.
