RDA Fitness & MMA Self-confidence through self-defense training! Our training is designed to be challenging, but also fun and rewarding. We use a variety of teaching methods to help students learn and progress at their own pace. Our goal is to give back to the community by way of martial arts. We are building a foundation of confidence, resilience, and structure for our kids and adults. We care deeply for our members and keep an open line of communication. We strive to have a safe and family friendly environment, free of any toxicity and want everyone to feel welcome.
