First time visitors can expect to welcomed with open arms (socially distanced!) and be paired with another team member for the duration of the class to help with any questions and for support. We start you from where you are and progress you accordingly to minimize injury potential and to not overwhelm you. At RBF, we strive to have you performing at your best which will help you reach your weight/muscle goals as well. 1st week is free so you can decide before you join :-)
