We focus on the rehabilitative powers of pilates. We offer all-level classes that combine reformer, mat work, tower and chair to allow you the full pilates repertoire experience. What class to start with? Our Radical Reformer 101 is for beginners and those new (under 30 sessions) to pilates. Beginner friendly instructors are any class with Ella and Natasha. Our Level 2 classes are for pilates enthusiasts with at least 3 years of a consistent practice OR if you take direction well, want to challenge yourself and get right into it! This Level 2 is 10am with Andrea, the studio owner. For those who want/need the benefits of weights, we have you covered! Pilates Strength, currently Wednesday at 11am and Saturday at 9am. This class is strength training with a chill vibe. No yelling, move at your pace using 3-35 pound weights combined with pilates tower and mat to challenge and strengthen.
