PYF Studio is a boutique Pilates & Yoga studio in Manassas. We are located at Cavalry Village off of Center St. For our Pilates classes, Grip Socks are mandatory, if you do not have Grip Socks, we have the for sale at studio for $10-$15. For Yoga classes, bring your yoga mat. We do have them to purchase for $35. We offer small-group classes focused on strength, mobility, flexibility, and mindful movement. Classes are suitable for all levels and led by experienced instructors in a welcoming, supportive environment.
