For your safety and best grip on the pole, we recommend shorts and a fitted top or sports bra. Avoid lotions or oils on the day of class, as they can make the poles slippery. You’re welcome to bring water, a small towel, and grip aid if you use one. Heels are optional—feel free to bring them if you’re comfortable and your class allows it. And remember, no outside shoes are permitted in the studio to keep their floors clean.
