We are a boutique studio specializing in Pilates Reformer classes for all ages and fitness levels. We have years of experience teaching multilevel groups, senior classes, athletes and those working with limitations. Our small group classes are customized to meet the goals of our students. Our dynamic classes provide full body workouts that include strengthening, stretching and balance work. We have 7 beautiful Balanced Body Reformers in a bright, uncrowded studio. Our instructors are excited to continue you on your fitness journey or introduce you to the foundations and fun of Pilates.
