Welcome to Monarch Pilates & Wellness! My name is Brooke Caraher, and I am thrilled to share my love of Pilates and movement with you. I am a former Division 1 Collegiate Tennis Athlete (Go UK!!!) that combines an Exercise Science & Nursing Degree, with a Comprehensive Balance Body Pilates Certification. Reformer Pilates is a whole-body low-impact exercise method on machines that is scientifically proven to help with balance, core strength, mobility, endurance, posture, breathing, flexibility, muscle imbalances, pain management, and the list goes on. Our goal is to help clients create new efficient movement patterns, while focusing on the core connection. These new movement patterns create stronger planks, longer more powerful Golf drives, and decreased back pain. Who doesn't want these improvements? I always say, “In Pilates you cannot FORCE the movement, you can only FIND it.” Once you find this connection, it will TRANSFORM the way you move through life!
