Misogi is a sauna, cold plunge, and athletic and mental recovery center located in downtown Corvallis. We feature a traditional Swedish cedar sauna, infrared sauna, and multiple cold plunges for contrast therapy, as well as compression therapy and myofascial release tools. Misogi, a Japanese word which refers to a personal challenge as well as the practice of bathing in cold water in order to cleanse the spirit and mind, is set up as a community space for recovering from athletic pursuits as well as life and work. Because without rest, there's no success! Booking is not required but it is possible.
