Mindful Yoga with Liz is the Hudson Valley’s first Yoga Studio to offer classes, in one setting, from babies to seniors. Liz Torres Zocchi, Owner & Head Teacher, has always had a passion for sharing Yoga with people of all ages. We are led by families, FOR families, and truly represents family through and through and it’s an absolute honor. Our goal is to teach students of all ages how to weave both the mind and body together by digging deep to find their own strength, peace, and balance. It's an honor to say Mindful Yoga With Liz has been nominated and won Best Yoga Studio in the Hudson Valley four years in a row!
