Welcome! Jess Purtell is an E-RYT 500 (Experienced Yoga Teacher) and YACEP through Yoga Alliance and a Balanced Body Pilates Mat Instructor. She received her certification to teach yoga in 2010 and now has over 8,000 hours of teaching experience. Jess wanted to create a space that is welcoming to all practitioners at all levels. She is joined by teachers who share her passion for yoga and Pilates education, including anatomy, nervous system regulation, biomechanics, and mindful movement. Together, they foster an inclusive environment where students can deepen their practice, cultivate balance, and experience the transformative benefits of yoga. We hope you join us on the mat.
