Our highly trained instructors will lead you through a 50 minute class that will challenge you and leave you walking out the door stronger than you came in. The IMX Method has taken the core elements of Pilates and added more resistance and cardio training to deliver muscle fatigue to build endurance and toning. Many of our workouts are more athletic than you will find in traditional pilates. IMX practices reflect the newest research on core training and spine stabilization so that our clients quickly become morenfit and able to do life better! Workouts can be targeted to specific populations (i.e. athletes, seniors, back pain, pregnancy) or tailored for a specific goal. We offer group classes and private training sessions. The reformers are trademarked Xercizer machines which have a larger carriage size to accommodate all body types and a heavier spring load for more resistance. Xercizer class levels include All Levels (recommended for Beginners), Intermediate, and Advanced.
