First time visitors are required to visit the front desk and sign the waiver and complete access. The Good Shepherd YMCA is the newest branch in the YMCA of Rock River Valley association, home to youth after-school programs, a fitness center, gymnasium and community fitness classes. This branch is located in West Rockford across from West Middle School in the former Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
