Goju Karate is an elite karatedo dojo located in the heart of New York City. At our beautiful and inspiring 4,000+ square foot school on two floors at 60th Street and Lexington Avenue. For Adults, we provide an environment for men and woman to "become better" -- to sharpen their mental focus, hone their physical fitness, and become healthier in mind and body. Classes include Endurance, Kata, Kumite (sparring), Meditation, and Self Defense, plus we offer General Classes each day.
