The Garage Gym was built in our home ten years ago. We started with full-time law enforcement careers and pivoted to a healthier, happier future for our family. Through time, our standards, philosophies and training methods have been honed to where we are today. Inside our walls you will find a family of members who value health, strength and a growth mindset. We have a mission to always be the example - in and outside of our walls. This translates to a strong culture of like-minded community members in three locations - Amherstburg, Kingsville and Windsor.
