We're Flow :) We're an Austin wellness brand that opened in 2012, creating spaces with that one-of-a-kind experience - tea lounges in our studios, free mats and props, and lots of community events. Our founder Carolina spent decades teaching yoga, meditation, and sound healing around the world before creating Flow.
