We're Flow :) We're an Austin born wellness brand focused on creating spaces and communities with that one-of-a-kind experience, like tea lounges in our studios, free mats & props to use, and lots of meetups and community events. Flow Yoga opened in Austin in 2012 but our founder, Carolina had spent the decades before teaching yoga, meditation and sound healing all over the world. With Flow, we set out to create space that offers dozens of class styles and events with a focus on creating community. Today Flow is your cozy escape where you can hang out in our lounges, make friends over tea, and of course explore your personal wellness.
