Five Star Fitness is a gym and wellness center serving clients in the Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lantana & Lake Worth areas. By creating custom workouts for each client, our trainers are able to optimize their fitness programs for each person's age, body type, and lifestyle. This trainer-client centered approach to fitness and wellness helps to both increase physical strength and reshape physiques, as well as boost energy levels and improve confidence and outlook.
