As a fitness professional for the past 18 years he has designed this studio to provide the essential equipment to be successful in your goals. Offers 24-7 access and virtual and in person programming to fit your schedule. All members are required to have a personal training program as a part of membership. Equipment includes: stair master, treadmills, water rower, elliptical, double decker leg press, squat racks, smith machine, pulleys, and much more.
