Empower Fitness Maui is Maui’s only queer + female + locally owned fitness facility. Our goal is to provide a safe space for all bodies. We believe in a collaborative approach to discovering what you need to feel best in your body through mindful movement, first class coaching, and a supportive community. Our coaches meet you where you are in your fitness and health journey and guide you every step of the way. You don’t have to be “fit” to start. You just have to decide to make a change, and never look back. Our fitness program is made for all levels and our nutrition coaching will get you to your goals in a safe and healthy way.
