We offer a range of classes suited for all fitness levels. If this is your first time taking a Lagree class, we recommend starting with one of our Trainee classes, however, if that time doesn’t work for you feel free to take our traditional Elite Core Full Body class! We can modify moves for every fitness level or for injuries. You can check out our classes on our website.
