Cardio equipment includes treadmills, arc trainers, stationary bikes and water rowers. Strength equipment includes strength machines, free weights, plate loaded equipment, squat racks, dead lift platform and a 5 station jungle-gym with cable crossover. Our large fitness room is full of functional training equipment as well. We also offer excellent on-on-one personal training with certified trainers to help you reach your individualized fitness goals.
