The Doomsday Fitness Experience is a sophisticated calisthenics/ weighted resistance training system consisting of a mixture of muscular strength, muscular endurance, and muscular growth variations, pushing the limit of each to its heightened peaks. We use the basic principles of progression. This involves learning the simplest forms of basic exercises, and then progressively moving on to more advanced variations of them.
