Combining Pilates training, somatic coaching, and energy healing, I support individuals in integrating their mind and body to function with more ease. I empower clients to gain a greater awareness of sensations in the body and develop a deeper intellectual understanding of their body's functions, mechanically and energetically. I use the framework of Pilates and supplement with tools from somatic coaching and energy practices to improve patterns in the body most efficiently and effectively.
