Walk up a few flights of stairs to a sunlit, restored factory space that overlooks the serene Neponset River. C2 Body Milton is home to our signature Reformer Pilates group classes, as well as high-energy Cardio Trampoline/Jumpboard Reformer Pilates classes—fun, effective workouts that get your heart pumping while building strength and flexibility. For those looking to tone and lengthen, we also offer Barre classes in the adjoining studio, blending strength, flexibility, and grace.
