Bungee Fit

Bungee Fit is a new, innovative approach to group exercise in East Wichita near 29th and Rock. Bungee Fitness is a low impact, high intensity cardio workout that combines elements of traditional exercise, aerobic conditioning, and resistance training; all performed in your custom fitted harness attached to a bungee station. You will use your body weight and the resistance of the bungees to tone muscles and build strength, while burning substantial calories! We make it easy to get started with Bungee Fitness. All members must start with a Level 1 class this class will get you acquainted with the harness, basic bungee movements, and the overall Bungee Fit experience. Bungee Bootcamp is a way to elevate your fitness routine with our innovative blend of HIIT and strength conditioning, in the first 45 minutes, sculpt and tone your body with dynamic exercises, aided by weights and booty bands in the harness, finish class strong with 15 minutes of floor-based workouts. As you become more comfortable with the techniques and routines, you can progress your way through the ranks, all the way to the Level 3 class.
