Austin Yoga Lounge is a Central Austin studio specializing in prenatal and postpartum fitness and recovery. Our offerings include prenatal yoga, pregnancy-safe strength training, pelvic floor–focused rehabilitation, and Baby & Me classes. Designed to support physical strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation during pregnancy and early motherhood. All levels and all trimesters welcome.
