With over 25 years of yoga practice and 20 years of teaching, I’m genuinely thrilled to share my knowledge and passion to support your wellbeing from my home yoga studio in Long grove, Illinois. Its the last house to the right at the end of Windham Lane. I offer group yoga classes on weekday evenings from 7-8.30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. These 90 min classes offer a balanced and mindful yoga practice designed to support the breath, body and nervous system. Each session includes warms ups , conscious yoga movement, Guided Pranayama (breathwork) and deep relaxation leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed. These classes are accessible and welcoming to all levels from beginner to advanced practitioners. Modifications are always offered so students can practice safely and comfortably at their own pace. Sunday afternoons 3-5pm, 120min restorative yoga practice + sound bath is available outside of wellhub for those seeking a more personalized healing practice.
