Located at 45687 Elmwood Ct, Sarge Fitness Boot Camp Studio in Sterling, VA, has offered group fitness classes since 2003. Boot camp sounds intimidating, but we are flexible with all fitness levels. We have a wide age range attending courses from high school athletes to 60+-year-olds, all in the same class, and everyone is doing their best. Sarge trainers guide their every move and offer advice and encouragement to help each client get the most out of their class!
