WELCOME to 401 Strength & Fitness! We are located at 400 Warwick Ave., unit 7-9 in Warwick, RI. The 401 is proud to offer classes for ALL ages and abilities! We have classes for Adults and Student Athletes all in one family friendly positive space. We pride ourselves on offering a mix of classes, such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Yoga and Zumba all to keep your health journey interesting, fun and motivated! Our class are throughout the day, starting at 545am until 730pm, Mon-Fri, and a few classes on the weekends. After a hard workout, enjoy a refreshing shower or additional sweat in the Sauna. Open Gym is an option as well. You would need to reach out to us directly to schedule and it would be during our regular scheduled classes.
